James Paul Electrical were excellent. We had another quote from someone who just saw problems, whereas James and Jack were solution driven and did the work on time and on budget with very limited intrusion (we were expecting a lot more). Definitely recommend

Last week, my bathroom fan broke down. James responded promptly to my message and came over the very next day. Initially, James was tasked to replace and refit the new bathroom fan. However, during his inspection, James discovered water accumulating behind my light fixtures and the faulty fan. Despite having other commitments that day, James generously offered to investigate the source of the leak. James identified that the leak was from my boiler and spent a good two hours clearing the area. James then connected me with a reliable plumber who was able to fix the leak. Thank you James!!

James visited the same day I called him, and got me booked in on a weekend which we really appreciated. Great team, will be using again if needed and highly recommend to family and friends.
