Excellent service received - from quote to fitting all within 3 days ! James and his colleague were excellent at quote stage, professional but friendly, quick and efficient. To be quoted on the spot and be lucky enough for a slot to be free today was amazing. You've made the whole process so simple. Also excellent communication by text and email at all stages. The fitters that came today were excellent; Allen and Rowan. They were friendly efficient and clearly care about doing a great job, im so happy with the result and highly recommend them! Thank you !

Apart from refitting a carpet to a smaller area after some furniture was built in, we asked James for Carpets to lay flooring in a different room, also where furniture had been built in making an awkward area. They had to deal with a severely cracked screed, but made a really good job of cutting this out and refilling it, with a beautiful latex skim over everything afterwards. We can't fault the workmanship in that process, and the LVT floor laid over it looks great - again superb workmanship, and very responsive to concerns. We'd thoroughly recommend them

Highly recommend James for Carpets - excellent prices. James and his team are great. Love my new Hall, Stairs and Landing.Carpet. My favourite is the Vinyl flooring in the kitchen, so well laid too. Old carpet removed and disposed off. Fitters worked hard and to a very high standard. So happy with my choice.
