James Carpets were very efficient, professional and tidy workers. We were very happy with the service they offered us from start to finish and would use them again.

second time we have used them, and will use them time and time again. Efficient workers, polite, did a great job, we have a challenging (listed) 17th century house with uneven old floors and they respected it, worked with it, and got the job done on time. Carpet looks great.

The fitters arrived on time on the pre agreed date and did an excellent job. The whole experience was very positive and I am delighted with the final result. A thoroughly professional service from choosing a carpet to completing the job. Also they had contacts with a plumber and carpenter who needed to do work before the carpet could be laid and both were reliable and professional. The two fitters were polite and respectful and it was a pleasure doing business with everyone. Would certainly recommend them to friends in need of carpets

Our fitter, Ben, arrived on time each day, was polite and professional, and did a fantastic job installing both the flooring and carpet.
