  Disappointing Experience

  Very disappointing experience — poor diagnosis, no proper solution, and no accountability. I wasted both time and money.I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

  Hi Soner, I’m sorry you feel disappointed. We completed the work agreed: installing four double-pole switches to address the overheating you reported at the wall connection. After this, it became clear the fault was actually inside the heaters themselves — a manufacturer issue, not related to our installation. Replacing heaters was never part of the original quote, but we still offered a discounted goodwill rate. We always aim to be fair and transparent and remain available to help further.

  We would highly recommend James Electrical services (and their sister company James plumbing services). They helped us with our kitchen project, including re-wiring the electrics, installing our hard wired appliances and other fittings. The team were efficient, reliable and completed everything as promised and agreed before the work began. A great company to deal with and we will definitely be using them again for any future electrical work.
