Very disappointing experience — poor diagnosis, no proper solution, and no accountability. I wasted both time and money.I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

After this, it became clear the fault was actually inside the heaters themselves — a manufacturer issue, not related to our installation. Replacing heaters was never part of the original quote, but we still offered a discounted goodwill rate. We always aim to be fair and transparent and remain available to help further.
