An outstanding company. I cannot rate them highly enough. They were extremely professional, helpful, kind, considerate and friendly. Jack gave excellent advice and recommendations during the planning and was incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Rupert was brilliant at finding solutions to challenging situations and did an amazing job. His work was extremely neat and tidy and he worked quietly and efficiently. Both Jack and Rupert went way beyond anything expected, and James Electrical Services gave exceptional service from beginning to end.

Excellent in every respect

Jack came on an emergency call out to identify why my property's electric had gone. He was polite and worked fast and got back what power he was able to. Why I would highly recommend Jack however was his follow on support. The issue was caused by an original installation issue by a builder. Rather than suggest doing the work soley himself he was incredibly helpful on advising me on how to get the original installers to repair it under the warranty, even helping in how to respond to their initial resistance to fix the issue. Highly recommended and trustworthy.

I am happy with the installation done ,some issues with the downlights were sorted out very easily by the company, without requiring my input at all. Very happy with the end results, really nice people and good prices.

The electrician that done the work, was really nice, kind, quiet and considerate, and did a clean job. We are super happy with all their work, and perseverance with the issues that came up. Also very helpful on the phone out of work hours.
