    Helpful, reliable and prompt

    James has been out to do 2 separate jobs for myself. The first was changing 2 pairs of taps and removing a waste disposal unit. The second was a leak that had formed when a pressure gauge gave out. Both times James was quick to respond and quick to come out to do the work. The second time it was very much appreciated as I had to switch off the mains water to stop the leak so I had no water. Both times James assessed the situation, talked me through any options and then proceed to carry out the work agreed quickly and efficiently.

    Replace toilet syphon

    Dishwasher not working and pipes under sink needed checking

    James did an excellent job. Visited quickly. Very helpful. Fixed the dishwasher problem immediately. Checked the pipes under the sink and reassured me these were fine. Highly recommended
