James has been out to do 2 separate jobs for myself. The first was changing 2 pairs of taps and removing a waste disposal unit. The second was a leak that had formed when a pressure gauge gave out. Both times James was quick to respond and quick to come out to do the work. The second time it was very much appreciated as I had to switch off the mains water to stop the leak so I had no water. Both times James assessed the situation, talked me through any options and then proceed to carry out the work agreed quickly and efficiently.

James turned up on time and did a great job of replacing the syphon on our toilet. I would highly recommend him, and will use him again in future.
