  Excellent plumber. I highly recommend. Jake fixed the radiator in our bathroom by fitting new valves and also took a look at the radiator in our hallway which was not included in the quotation. Quick and efficient service.

  New kitchen sink and tap

  I recently had Jake fit a new kitchen sink and tap for me, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. Jake was incredibly professional, punctual, and hardworking throughout the installation. What really stood out to me was his integrity. Although the pull-out tap was slightly tricky and initially fitted with a minor issue, Jake didn’t hesitate to own it. He immediately offered to come back and redo it to ensure it was 100% perfect. It’s rare to find a tradesman so dedicated to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The sink looks fantastic.

  We hired Jake to remove 2 radiators and replace with a single one. He came to look at the job in person where many of the others just wanted pictures. Jake carried out the work in a clean professional manner leaving us very happy with the outcome.

  I had an excellent experience with this plumber from start to finish. They arrived exactly on time, which I really appreciated, and kept me informed before and during the visit. Communication was clear, friendly, and professional, so I always knew what to expect. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard, with everything explained in simple terms. They left the area clean and tidy, and the pricing was fair and transparent. It’s rare to find such reliable service.
