I'm really impressed with the work ethic of this young man. Very polite and nothing was too much trouble Fantastic job overall! Jake was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the installation. Jake did an excellent job replacing all our radiators, changing the stopcock, and installing the outdoor tap. His attention to detail and professionalism made the entire process smooth and efficient. Highly recommend his services.

I asked Jake to replace an existing three-way (cold, hot and boiling) water tap, tank and filter with a new model. The new tap had been supplied as an updated model and should have been a simple swap. The reality was very different. The supplied hose which goes from the tap to the filter was way too short meaning that Jake had to invent a way of extending the hose. Then we found that the new filter had a leak, so Jake had to refit the old filter as a workaround. Jake also fitted a stop-valve on the hot supply to the tap where there wasn't one before. A perfect job with no fuss or bother.
