  Jaiken was quick to respond to my enquiry and kept me fully informed of when to expect his first and subsequent visit. They provided a quote which was very reasonable for the job and followed up quickly. The work done to replace the heater seems to have been fine and I've had no issues since. They took some extra time to fix a related leak under the sink. I would recommend.

  Very pleased with the overall service & speed on this job. I made the post on Friday morning and the plumber was with me in the afternoon to look at the job and make initial assessment. He returned on the Saturday to fix the issue.
