  Emergency leak detection & location and repair

  Liam responded 1st to my request on Checkatrade. He came to my home at the time he said, later the same day, and was very good at finding the leak. He really went above and beyond in his efforts to locate it, as it was in a quite inaccessible location. He completed the work to fix the problem later that week, as arranged and was conscious in cleaning up and returning our house to its original state as if he was never there. He was very polite and friendly.

  Jaiken was quick to respond to my enquiry and kept me fully informed of when to expect his first and subsequent visit. They provided a quote which was very reasonable for the job and followed up quickly. The work done to replace the heater seems to have been fine and I've had no issues since. They took some extra time to fix a related leak under the sink. I would recommend.
