Jaiken was quick to respond to my enquiry and kept me fully informed of when to expect his first and subsequent visit. They provided a quote which was very reasonable for the job and followed up quickly. The work done to replace the heater seems to have been fine and I've had no issues since. They took some extra time to fix a related leak under the sink. I would recommend.

Very pleased with the overall service & speed on this job. I made the post on Friday morning and the plumber was with me in the afternoon to look at the job and make initial assessment. He returned on the Saturday to fix the issue.

The gentleman responded quickly through Checkatrade communicating to determine what parts were needed to complete the job and carried out the replacement of the toilet cistern the next day. A job well done.

Quick to begin the service after determining exactly what I needed to be done. The materials were of a good quality. Installation was if a high standard. Left tidy. I was satisfied with the price .
