JAG remedials were fantastic from start to finish. Really straightforward explanation of the necessary work and what was needed. Great communication throughout. I can't praise JAG remedials highly enough! Alan and his team are a fantastic team who carried out a course of damp proofing on our property. Communication from Jess and Alan was first-class. Aldo is a fine plasterer and Jim is very skilled at what he does. They showed up on time every day at 8am and got on with the job. I found everyone at JAG to be hardworking, friendly and down to earth, and they did a cracking job. They were also immaculate in their cleanup following the work. We started off as your simple maintenance company, but as time has passed, we've allowed ourselves to grow as a business and expand to what has now become our specialty, remedial works.
The company has over 30 years’ experience in damp proofing alone.
We have worked with both domestic and commercial clients, allowing us to feel comfortable in any working environment.
Numerous landlords and local agencies with large portfolios use us as their primary contact regarding any remedial work.
This gives us the chance to use our customer relations expertise on both clients and their tenants as well.
As our great feedback shows we take our reputation very seriously and pride ourselves on dealing with any situation in a fair and professional manner.
Depending on the type of work you have done, most of our damp proofing work comes with a 10-year guarantee, and you will receive a certificate upon completion of the work to show this.
Any other work you have completed by us comes with a 12-month guarantee.
