We have used JAG remedials before and where happy to seek their advice for an area of mould on a ceiling. Alan was very flexible matching his visit to a time to suit me and confirmed the mould was due to condensation and a lack of air flow. He has now very neatly fitted a new air brick to the wall and the existing mould has been removed and the area treated. JAG remedials where helpful throughout the process with great communication with Jessica in the office too. Thank you.

Alan is one of my customers at work and asked him to come and look at a damp problem running the length of our house. It is a 1860 terrace house on a steep hill, the next doors floor level is 1 meter above ours. He came to the house and told us we need a damp membrane. Gave us a quote and fitted us in for the work. When they arrived they covered everything with dust sheets and fitted a carpet protector. Removed the old plaster and fitted the membrane. All the builders were very nice and tried there best to minimise the dust. The plasterer was fantastic and even managed to match the pattern.

Really good communication and very clear instructions of the process. They were friendly and informative. They protected my furniture and the place was left tidy and in good condition. They skimmed the whole wall which meant no ugly line left. I'd 100% recommend JAG Remedials.
