Absolutely fantastic service start to finish. Wanted a in depth report of damp in a house I was purchasing. Detailed report and quote of prices for repairs included in the report. It was really helpful to have. Communication was great from booking the report to receiving it. Once I move in to the house I will be contacting JAG Remedials to carry out the work because of the great service I have had.

Very good communication from Alan who explained what would be the necessary procedure to take to rectify the rising damp in my pantry area & answered my many questions with patience. Jessica updated me with several dates to commence the work & once it was booked in send me reminds as the due date was nearing. Alan’s team were excellent friendly & polite arriving on time & worked very efficiently leaving the work area clean & tidy even cleaning my kitchen floor. This is the 2nd time that I have used this Company. They were brilliant! On time, a decent price,courteous and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Used jag remedial twice in the past few years. I used them to carry out a damp proofing course in the living room and kitchen, and Ice recently used them once again to tank my cellar and make it waterproof. They provided a full renovation service. Dug out an aqua channel, laid the peremer drainage, laid the damp proofing membrane across the walls, fitted all the battons and plastered. Very good job carried out. Weve had a few storms since and normally after rain like we've had that cellar would be in a bit of a bad state with water ingress. But since the cellar tanking it's been bone dry. It'

Really happy with the service from start to finish. The team arrived exactly when they said they would and were friendly, professional, and efficient throughout. They took the time to assess the problem properly and offered a clear, practical solution that tackled both the damp and the underlying ventilation issues. The work, which included damp proofing, installing a ventilation vent and new air bricks, was carried out to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. I’m really pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
