  Our experience of JA Coles was nothing but positive. We were relocating 300 miles from London so a lot of organisation was required - Daniela, Danny and their team couldn’t have made it an easier and more pleasant experience for us. From the initial enquiry through all the planning and resourcing, and then culminating in the three-day move, everything went so smoothly.   J A Coles were great and we would highly recommend using them if you move house. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional and I especially thank Daniela for all her help and calming, reassuring voice over the phone whenever I called, as moving house is a very stressful process, especially after having lived somewhere for over 30 years! A couple of items were damaged but nothing of much significance and given the amount of furniture and so much other stuff the team moved, it would be hard to imagine that everything would arrive perfectly - overall, very happy we chose them!

  The movers arrived ahead of the scheduled time, waited patiently, and carried out our move with care, professionalism, sensitivity and good humour. They were excellent and if we ever have to move again, I would not hesitate to call them first.
