Picked up cartons of clothes from london for delivery to Coventry. Very quickly loaded truck and sent me photo of delivery.

This is a first class company with competitive prices. It was been a pleasure to deal with every person I have encountered in J A Coles. To maintain that standard in 2025 is a real achievement. I will recommend the firm to anyone who I know is moving.

J.A.Coles was highly recommended by a colleague who had used them previously. Daniela from their office was very accommodating & arranged at short notice a colleague to visit my home to assess the job on hand. Their quote was accepted. I packed myself and Coles did the transport. They first delivered all packing material some days prior and then arrived as agreed with 2 large vans and 5 men to do the move. The team was extremely professional, courteous and carefully moved also the heavy furniture without causing any damages. I would use J.A. Coles again and highly recommend them.

We did a complex move with Coles - moving from a house in London to an apartment in Scandinavia, and later also to a smaller flat in London. This was a staggered move, taking several months. Coles were excellent - they turned up bang on time, packed beautifully, and delivered and unpacked the bigger items perfectly. They work fast, too. The delivery in Norway came in the middle of a cold spell (about minus 6 degrees) and there was a snowstorm as well - but it worked like clockwork anyway. Also they are very nice people to work with. I thoroughly recommend them.

Absolute superstars - I can't thank them enough. I was moving from London to Newcastle and had been let down by another company two hours before I was due to get my train. Danny, Daniela and the team were so unbelievably helpful - they came and packed up that same day and delivered as soon as they could (within 24 hours) which is impressive given the several hundred mile round trip. The price was more than fair and the communication was brilliant. I'll never use another company; I'm a customer for life. Thank you!
