  Emergency fix as no hot water or heating

  We called the company due to some poor work done by a previous handyman, we had a leaking radiator pipe and had no water as we had to turn it off. James came he was amazing, completely saved our night and had it fixed in no time. Couldn’t recommend more.

  Professional, conscientious and always helpful-highly recommended

  Yesterday our central heating failed on one of the coldest days of the year, when as it happened, I also had to collect my husband from hospital after a chest infection. Although abroad at the moment, James was able to diagnose the fault long distance and advised me (with photos to help) exactly what to do. It worked! It has made a huge difference to us.

  Always reliable

  Helped me out with my boiler today, they have previously installed a boiler, radiators, heated towel rack and sorted out my plumbing when I had a massive leak. Always who I call when I need plumbing and heating help

  An Excellent Company - highly recommended

  I had to call this company out as an emergency on New Years Eve - they came promptly. I needed a new boiler as my old one had completely failed and they fitted me in - the day after New Year They worked right through the weekend until late into the evening. They have been nothing but helpful, explaining everything along the way, they were efficient, clearly knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. I can thoroughly recommend them {and already have} as I have been so impressed with their professionalism and work. I have already asked them to do my annual service.

  Broken Boiler just before Christmas

  Boiler went, just before Christmas. All the guy's at Jackson were quick , conscientious and saved the day. Excellent quality, went above and beyond on the job. Special thanks to James and Ben.

  Responded within minutes of requesting an interest with Checkatrade and came round to me the next day. Explained everything that would be done in detail, including costs. The work ( a new boiler) was carried out on the chosen day by Mr Jacksons two sons who were very polite and curtius, showing good workmanship and knowlage. Well done Jackson Plumbing and Heating!
