I first met James when he installed my combination boiler (which he now services annually). Since then, he has replaced seven radiators and a mixer tap, fixed a leaking toilet and most recently designed, managed and carried out a complete bathroom/ shower room conversion. He is reassuring and professional, as are his team members. He is a perfectionist. All work is completed to the highest standard with great attention to detail. Aftercare is an intrinsic part of his service and, most importantly, he is always available. I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Ben came and fitted a new toilet for us as our old one had been leaking for a while. Arrived on time and gave a good price. Quality of workmanship very good, couldn’t be happier

Jackson Plumbing & Heating called them out as our boiler was leaking … James turned up within the hour to sort out our boiler.. so pleased with the prompt service we received from James .. friendly team who are reliable and are great value for money would always recommend them .

We called the company due to some poor work done by a previous handyman, we had a leaking radiator pipe and had no water as we had to turn it off. James came he was amazing, completely saved our night and had it fixed in no time. Couldn’t recommend more.

Yesterday our central heating failed on one of the coldest days of the year, when as it happened, I also had to collect my husband from hospital after a chest infection. Although abroad at the moment, James was able to diagnose the fault long distance and advised me (with photos to help) exactly what to do. It worked! It has made a huge difference to us.
