Really pleased with the service today. Had a problem with the way my toilet had been plumbed into a loft water tank and it was creating a blockage every few months. He did a great job matching a new toilet to fit in with the bathroom aesthetic, and did a really clean job of plumbing it in to the mains in the loft. Plus they were reliable and managed to fit me in the next day - would definitely use them again.

We had an emergency boiler replacement 2 years ago, and the immediacy of the service was excellent. What sets this company aside is, when you have a small issue, they explain it so you can do it youself, saving you time and money. There are very few who would be this honest, and they are the only company I'd use for plumbing needs in my property.

We needed a Gas Safe engineer to assist us with no notice at all late at night for a gas boiler leaking from an upper floor to a lower floor ceiling, after a carbon monoxide alarm activation. A highly professional chap by the name of James took my call and was on our doorstep less than an hour later to diagnose the issue and help get us on track for the night. No concerns about the quality of the assessment, the time taken to get here - just an exceptionally good experience.

I’ve used this guys, many times for annual boiler services & other issues/installation & have always found James to be friendly, reliable & he provided a great service. Other family members also use these guys. I highly recommend.
