This is the second time we have used Jack’s services, first time was Dec 24, this was for another bedroom, carpet fitting and Jack did everything we asked for and was incredibly fast as well, another great job and still has happy with his services as I was previously. Unfortunately Jack miscalculated the amount of carpet needed for the whole job which was clearly confirmed. He admitted fault and said he would let me know by the following Tuesday when he could come back to finish the job bearing in mind this was a property on the market we were desperately trying to sell asap. It has now been over 3 weeks and he has not gotten back to me. We have been ghosted. Which is so unprofessional and unacceptable and we feel very let down. Hello guys I hope you’re all having a great day. As you can see my name is Jack and I’m based in Southend on sea, I’ve been fitting carpets and vinyls now for 5-6 years doing work all over the country. I work to a very high standard of fitting all sorts of carpets, safety vinyl with no problems in putting a weld in there and also doing lino vinyl. I praise myself on going above and beyond for my customers cause I know there’s nothing better than feeling comfortable and confident with someone doing work for you. I’ve no problem in helping people move stuff out of rooms in order to do the work and I will always offer you if you’d like a hand to put everything back in place before leaving.
