Jack was kind and professional before, during and after our carpet was fitted. He came in person to estimate the cost and materials for our job at a time that suited us, and gave us realistic expectations for the fit and finish of the pattern we had chosen. He was great value and got the job done in good time while we were out for the day, he was happy to work while we were at our own jobs. He was also happy to fit a carpet we had provided privately (new carpet, not previously used). Jack was also happy to travel quite a way from his home town to us, which was nice.

Jack was great! Super responsive and communicated well through the coordination and execution phases. He was able to fit us in very quickly, and his prices are reasonable! We'll definitely keep his number in our rolodex.

Jack completed our stair carpet to a good standard. He was reasonably priced and got the job done timely.

We got two carpets fitted, one in the hallway (including stairs) and in a bedroom. Jack was great, really good communication and he was able to quote and then fit basically with a week. He was honest about the proces and told me everything upfront, which helped to understand what we could afford. The result was fab, we are really pleased and would definitely recommend.
