We got 3 quotes to repair the tile (with many roofers not returning our requests). The first two companies quoted hundreds of pounds to replace the tile and strip off a number of the surrounding tiles to replace the underlying felt. When we spoke to John he was really straightforward about what actually needed to be done - a simple swap of the tile - and explained clearly why that approach was sufficient compared to the other approaches being suggested. It was a pleasure to speak to John, he turned up when he said he would and got the job done in minutes. I am incredibly grateful!

John and Kieran alongside their colleague who I didn't get his name sorry were great from the start. Kieran carried out the work with a colleague who both were very polite and professional. They used the best material and carried out the work with due diligence. A guarantee of 20 years given and happy my roof will not leak anymore. Quoted for the work, agreed a start time, arrived on time, excellent communication via text throughout. Very courteous and pleasant to work with, good honest hard work carried outr on my property, cannot find anything at all to fault, they tidied up afterwards. A pleasure to find and deal with a 'proper' business who to the job properly. Skilled, honest good craftsmen I would recommend this company to anybody who needs roof work doing on their property.

Recently used J5 roofing having been let down by a builder. From the moment they came round to quote for the job John and Kieran were true professionals and provided nothing but an excellent service. They went above and beyond to fix the leaking roof and were genuinely great guys. They turned what was a stressful situation into giving me complete peace of mind.
