  A roof tile was broken and needed replacing

  We got 3 quotes to repair the tile (with many roofers not returning our requests). The first two companies quoted hundreds of pounds to replace the tile and strip off a number of the surrounding tiles to replace the underlying felt. When we spoke to John he was really straightforward about what actually needed to be done - a simple swap of the tile - and explained clearly why that approach was sufficient compared to the other approaches being suggested. It was a pleasure to speak to John, he turned up when he said he would and got the job done in minutes. I am incredibly grateful!

  Amazing service! Zennon responded really promptly, scheduled an appointment easily and communicated really well. Zennon was really responsive (changing the time of the appointment on the day to allow me to take my poorly child to the doctors). Would highly recommend.
