engineer came and flushed drainpipe soakaway channel. explained in detail what was done & what needs doing in the short term. very knowledgeable and suggested alternatives.

John arrived promptly following my call to report a blocked drain. Excellent communications throughout. John is clearly an expert in his field and had the problem fixed quickly and gave comprehensive advice on how to avoid the the issue occuring again in the future. What a discovery... we wouldn't hesitate to use iUnblockDrains Ltd again in the future.

My tenant called to say the kitchen sink was blocked. I've used iUnblockDrains before and had excellent service so I called them again to come out. It transpired that it had unblocked itself when he arrived so it was an intermittent problem. John gave my tenant lots of advice about how to keep it from blocking up again. He didn't even charge me for the visit. Another great experience with this company, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We had tried the usual methods for unblocking the drain but the kitchen/dishwasher waste water was still flooding everywhere. I rather randomly chose iUnblockDrains and so glad I did! John responded immediately and said he would fit me in between jobs next morning. He kept me informed as he got nearer.
