  Replace wooden decking with composite

  Many thanks to Jaq, who stripped out all my rotting wooden decking, around our summer house. Working on his own, has done an incredible job of installing new rafters, fitting new composite decking of my choice to a high standard. This included working late on occasion. Also, carrying out a 400 mile round trip, to obtain a few extra boards to complete the job. I would have no hesitation of recommending Jaq to anyone, who requires decking installed.

  engineer came and flushed drainpipe soakaway channel. explained in detail what was done & what needs doing in the short term. very knowledgeable and suggested alternatives.

  To remove old laminate flooring & replace with new pre-supplied laminate.

  Chris is an experienced laminate flooring fitter. He is very particular & a perfectionist in the work he carried out. He arrived as appointed and worked throughout the day without a break to complete. Done a great job & wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend to others. Charged for his time only, which I think is very reasonable.

  Repair roof damage

  Company repaired roof by replacing tiles & renewed roof pointing to a great standard. Workers were curious & kept workspace clean. Although their charges are on the upper side of average, they did a great job. Would recommend.

  Albion Building Solution came & quoted for repair of roof, damage of which was caused by previous unprofessional roofers. The quote given was fair, perhaps in the upper range of expected quote. Having said that, an excellent job was done, curtious, clean & kept me updated on progress. He has also fitted upvc pelmet & facia board to front of house, as an extra. Again, perhaps a little more expensive than others, but worth it for the work completed. Would recommend.

  Fault finding due to house socket fuse tripping

  Rang company on Saturday am. Appointment made and engineer called within the hour. Tested all sockets and found a wiring fault behind one of the sockets. Repaired wiring and retested. All now ok. Excellent prompt service received.

  Received visit and quote for supply of garage door within 30 mins of initial request which was agreed. Although there was a short delay in supply, replacement door supplied and fitted to my satisfaction. The guys did a great job. Fully recommended.

  New Kitchen fitted

  Both Pavel and Iggi are extremely professional and have a great attention to detail. Their communication with me throughout the whole pre-fit and install of our kitchen was excellent. I took great interest in the work they did and impressed with their quality of wor They are very hard working and ensured the end to end process of the fit was done in a timely manner.
