I had an issue with my printer after fitting a new drum unit. It was a simple job but did not feel confident to sort it out myself. Wayne was very non-patronising and reassuring over the phone and provided sound advice even before visiting. He arrived in a timely manner, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He sorted the matter out immediately at a very fair hourly rate. He then remained to give further advice. He obviously puts the customer at the heart of the job and I would not hesitate to recommend him. I will definitely utilise his services again when I next need IT support.

I needed some help hanging a tv on a plasterboard wall RIDDLED with cables between studs. He took his time to understand where the wires & studs were and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Wayne for future work!

Today I had my TV wall mount installed by Wayne. I’m thoroughly impressed with the service. He kept me informed throughout the process. He was very polite and professional. The installation was handled with precision and care. He ensured the mount was securely fixed to the wall and checked the alignment multiple times to guarantee it was perfectly level.
