  Was efficient, gave an ETA on the day. Changed the lock and made sure it works, also tightened up a screw on my front door while he was here as he noticed it was loose.

  Imran arrived within an hour of me calling him about my stuck bathroom door. He figured out the problem and explained it and was very reassuring that I wouldn’t get locked in again! Would use his services again.
