Agreed to install 4 locks for £170. Job ended up dragging over multiple visits. I had to buy the locks myself, and overall paid £180. On the second visit, he thought a part was missing (it wasn’t—he dropped it), so I had to finish the job myself. The locks weren’t what I wanted, but I gave up chasing better options. Took longer than expected, cost more than agreed, and caused unnecessary stress. Not the worst service, but definitely not smooth or professional either.

Imran was timely, professional and very skilled. He had an excellent manner and got straight on with the job,tidying up after himself. I am very pleased with the job and the price charged. I would definitely use the firm again.

Was efficient, gave an ETA on the day. Changed the lock and made sure it works, also tightened up a screw on my front door while he was here as he noticed it was loose.

They were very professional and even gave me updates on what time they will arrive. Our lock was sorted out quickly. Very pleased with their service
