  My initial enquiry was answered almost immediately by Louise in the office. A pleasure to talk and she offered outstanding customer service. The team who arrived (so sorry, my brain has forgotten your names) had a 45 min journey from Halifax to get to us and arrived on time even we know bad the traffic is with roadworks. They fully explained the process, loved our dogs :) , and did an exceptional job! They offer loads of cleaning services. They will be my first choice every time. Excellent company! Thank you guys!

  ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, defo, defo recommend, Louise was spot on with communication via email, before Marek attended perfectly ok time, completed all work as agreed, full house deep clean of big long sofa, rug, carpets in lounge, hallway, stairs, landing and 3 bedrooms, Marek was also very nice, polite, respectful and friendly, and had a laugh with my son who helped him a little bit, I can’t recommend this company enough, I’m soo glad I went with these guys, I have told all my family about them, I will have them back in future, they will get more business from my recommendation, Darren & Claire❤

  I-Shine are brilliant!

  I-Shine are brilliant! My son and I were vacating neighbouring properties, and both needed end-of-tenancy cleaning. The team did an excellent, thorough job on both houses. Both property owners remarked on the very high standard of the work. Communication through Louise was very easy and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Their prices are competitive too. This is the second time I've used the service. The first was upholstery cleaning, which produced fantastic results. I would highly recommend I-Shine, without reservation.

  I am very pleased with the result. My lounge carpet now looks clean and bright. The price was very reasonable compared to the previous company I used, and I found this a friendly and professional service. Highly recommended.
