I-Shine are brilliant! My son and I were vacating neighbouring properties, and both needed end-of-tenancy cleaning. The team did an excellent, thorough job on both houses. Both property owners remarked on the very high standard of the work. Communication through Louise was very easy and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Their prices are competitive too. This is the second time I've used the service. The first was upholstery cleaning, which produced fantastic results. I would highly recommend I-Shine, without reservation.

Very prompt and professional in response to initial query and in subsequent exchanges concerning the booking. A slight traffic delay was insignificant. Friendly, polite and explanatory in what was required of me and of what the process would require. Overall a satisfactory experience.
