  Absolutely top class service from Tyler. Once booked to come out, Tyler was happy to give advice on the boiler whilst waiting for my appointment. He came out to service my boiler, replace a broken part and flush the system with CP12. Extremely tidy workmanship, explained everything he was doing in great detail and was a good laugh throughout the whole process. I had a bit of an issue after the service was completed but it turned out all I needed to do was reset the boiler. Tyler was happy to answer any questions and keen to come back out at his earliest convenience to have a quick look to

  Boiler service done today and I couldn’t fault the experience. Tyler was friendly, very thorough, and took the time to explain everything properly so I understood what was being done. You can tell he takes pride in his work — no rushing, just careful and professional. Would definitely recommend. Will be using him from now on for our boiler care.
