  From 1st contact to the last visit Tyler was 5/5. He arrived on-time, carried out the work I asked him too and even looked at extra’s which had him come back the following day to fix for me. Reasonably priced too.

  Annual Boiler Service

  Tyler did an excellent and thorough job on our boiler service. He went above and beyond to fix other issues with the piping around the boiler too, with no additional charges. The Checkatrade app did not work properly so he didn't have us in his calendar! I had to contact him directly and he came out straight away so I can't complain on that front but I would recommend contacting him directly just to be on the safe side.

  Tyler came to service the boiler, and helped us how to work it

  First time buyer and first time using a boiler. Tyler came on time, saw the boiler needed re pressurised and while he fixed up the boiler, he showed us how to work it. He gave us useful and helpful advice for the future care and operations of our boiler and even some help into what future boiler to get. Would definitely recommend Tyler to anyone who needs work or help with their boiler.

  Boiler repair and service.

  Tyler was the engineer that visited to resolve our boiler issue. He was very friendly and approachable from the get go. He chatted with us throughout the repair, explaining what the issue was and what work he was carrying out. As we have quite an old boiler, he explained things we should look out for in future and should any faults occur, what kind of repairs would need to be carried out. We were very happy with the service he provided and were also happy with the cost, feeling it was very fair for the work that was carried out.
