    Service of boiler.

    Tyler was excellent explained everything really clearly and was due diligent answered any questions or concerns and went into detail. He went above and beyond as identified a fault with the ECV on the gas meter. Tyler stayed the whole time to ensure SGN engineer understood why/how the fault was identified. Tyler was both professional, insightful and friendly especially with our dog. Highly recommend for service repairs and new boiler installations.

    I came home from the holidays to find that my central heating wasn't working as the thermostat's anti-freeze setting had reduced flow so much that my radiators were clogged with sludge. Tyler figured out the cause of the issue over the phone, came through and sorted it out with a magna cleanse, fitted a filter and did a boiler checkup as well, all for a very agreeable price. Absolutely fantastic service, my heating system is good as new and Tyler was very friendly, gave me a clear run down of the issue and what he was doing to sort it so I was kept in the loop.

Sludge build-up can be a nightmare , so it’s great to hear the MagnaCleanse, filter install, and boiler check have got the system back to how it should be. It was no trouble at all, and I’m always happy to explain what’s going on and keep you in the loop — I think it’s important customers know exactly what’s being done and why.
