  New bathroom fitting

  Thanks so much Ian and Matthew for fitting the new bathroom for us. Ian is reasonable, reliable, dedicated, and professional, one who is willing to go the extra mile. Much appreciated. We were impressed that he is not only a good communicator who kept us well informed of his progress and plans every step of the way but also a patient tutor who provided detailed guidance to Matthew, his apprentice.

  Toilet was leaking due to rusty and overused fittings

  Ian understood the issue promptly, fixed in a timely manner and provided also recommendations. He was explaining what he was doing and was keeping me updated throughout the process, very happy and very good service!

  Reliable and skilled

  I hired Ian to find a leak under bedroom flooring, Ian was very knowledgeable, he had to look at quite a few different areas to eventually find the cause, he worked quickly and cleaned up after himself at every step, he keeps you updated with everything he’s doing and I was extremely happy with the job he did here, I would definitely use his company again.
