I hired Ian to find a leak under bedroom flooring, Ian was very knowledgeable, he had to look at quite a few different areas to eventually find the cause, he worked quickly and cleaned up after himself at every step, he keeps you updated with everything he’s doing and I was extremely happy with the job he did here, I would definitely use his company again.
