  Excellent, honest and professional plumber

  Ion was polite, honest and professional. He broke down the quote to show charges for parts and labour. Communication was easy and stress free. No hidden costs and he did a great job fixing the flush mechanism on both toilets at my in-laws home. He left the bathrooms tidy and sent videos to show the work was completed. I would recommend Ion.

  Installing a Japanese electric smart toilet seat

  Ion did a really good job yesterday to install a Japanese smart toilet seat in a professional, considerate manner. He was resourceful and efficient. Ion worked very hard to the highest standards and cleaned up the area at the end of the job. He is friendly and communicates effectively. Very satisfied with the finished outcome and would highly recommend him to anyone.

  Ion is a very reliable plumber. He did a couple of jobs for me. I had a bad shower leak and sink blockage and he fixed it despite some challenges. Good job. I can recommend his services.

  Shower temperature control repair

  Work was performed to a very high standard. The previous workmanship by the original installer was very poor which made it more challenging than expected but the repair was completed with minimal mess and now our shower can finally change temperature properly. Would highly recommend and would use again for all future plumbing jobs
