  Ion provided a great service sorting out a broken macerator connected to the toilet in my loft extension. Liased with me via messages prior to establishing the fault and provided a quote swiftly. Supplied a link so I could buy the correct replacement. Replaced new macerator and took away the old one. Arrived on time and left area clean. Professional service.

  Very thorough checking for leaks

  He was very good at communicating in advance of his visit, phoning to confirm his arrival, on arrival took care to not leave a mess and spent a good amount of time investigating the source of the leak using a camera. He then suggested a sensible solution. Due to the age and type of the pipe involved, he will revisit to effect the repair, but continued to keep me updated as to the progress
