Ion replaced my old leaking shower tap with a new, modern one. They were professional, arrived on time, and completed the job quickly. The tap works perfectly now, and the price was fair. Highly recommend

Ion did a fantastic job and was very communicative. We noticed a small leak from the kitchen sink waste & trap pipe section a few days before we were supposed to go away for the holidays, and needed a quick repair job. Ion responded swiftly with a diagnosis & quote that was along the lines of what we thought was right, & was available the next day. He worked very quickly when he arrived, replacing our waste, trap and overflow pipe, and then cleaning up after himself once we had both seen that the sink was no longer leaking. Highly recommend & we will use him again!

Our shower has been blocked since we moved in 2 years ago, we kept calling ASPECT and Dynorod to unblock the pipe. Told it was poor plumbing under the shower tray and accepted our fate, kept paying extortionate rates to have the drain unblocked of hair and debris, which I felt could not cause such extreme blockages. Ivan unblocked the shower, took off a shallow panel and cut the pipe to make a new roding chamber and within the waste pipe (very tight space) he took the pipe apart and discovered a Childs bath toy and other items and removed them. We now shower without worry. Thank you Ivan!
