He was very good at communicating in advance of his visit, phoning to confirm his arrival, on arrival took care to not leave a mess and spent a good amount of time investigating the source of the leak using a camera. He then suggested a sensible solution. Due to the age and type of the pipe involved, he will revisit to effect the repair, but continued to keep me updated as to the progress

Ion did a fantastic job and was very communicative. We noticed a small leak from the kitchen sink waste & trap pipe section a few days before we were supposed to go away for the holidays, and needed a quick repair job. Ion responded swiftly with a diagnosis & quote that was along the lines of what we thought was right, & was available the next day. He worked very quickly when he arrived, replacing our waste, trap and overflow pipe, and then cleaning up after himself once we had both seen that the sink was no longer leaking. Highly recommend & we will use him again!
