  We had some electronic fire door retainers recently installed by Lewis in our care home, he was really professional, friendly, knowledgeable & completed the work with minimum disruption. He was always quick to respond to questions/emails - highly recommend him for any access control / security needs!

  Just so good! Communication setting up the appointment to service our house alarm was great. Lewis was punctual, really friendly, knowlegable and efficient. The price was reasonable and I basically cannot fault the service. We will definitely use Ionic again.
