A recent power cut left my existing alarm system with a fault I couldn't clear from the key pad. I contacted Lewis at Ionic and he came out at a date and time to suit me (within 2 days). He explained the problem in simple language and, without trying to sell me more than I needed, made useful suggestions how to upgrade the system. He installed the upgrade within a week. Lewis is very good at what he does and easy to get on with. My experience with Ionic was excellent and I now have a reliable system which will be maintained by an excellent Company. Thank you Ionic!

New alarm bell and system fitted. Prompt arrival. The unit that was fitted had a problem due to supplier firmware update issue. Ionic security systems were very prompt (within a few hours) to return and disable the problem and revisited to install a different system in a matter of days. Engineer was very courteous and helpful.

Quote was very fair and they were happy to keep the old sensors as they still were in perfect order, saving money there rather than pushing unnecessary work on me. Comms were great in arranging the fitting and they even brought the date forward for me due to the bad weather effecting other jobs they had scheduled. Work was done quickly and to my requests. How to operate the new alarm was well explained too. Definitely recommend.

From the moment I spoke to Lewis he was polite and helpful and totally understood what I needed him to do. I needed the alarm at my house serving before we moved out and Lewis turned up early and completed the work quickly and efficiently and was so friendly and helpful. Lovely man.
