  Excellent for many years

  We have been using IRPD for a variety of jobs, over a number of years. The biggest was replacing and re-locating the central heating boiler (in 2017), then annual servicing, to small jobs like replacing taps. The latest job yesterday was replacing a toilet, cistern and flush system. As always this was carried out perfectly. IRPD always provide good materials and equipment, demonstrate excellent skills together with excellent customer service and value for money.

  Omg … Craig and Andy saved us (aka scott and Virgil) our boiler was unsafe and they came out that afternoon and fixed everything. I cannot recommend these guys enough. So refreshing to find a company with such brilliant customer service.

  Actual Life Savers!

  Nothing but praise for Martin and Craig. They swiftly replaced my boiler after discovering an unrepairable fault with the existing one. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and were delightfully cheerful and pleasant to deal with. A gas leak was discovered during the work (not caused by them) and they promptly and efficiently got this sorted too. Real life hero’s!! Would highly recommend-I’m glad I’ve found them!

  I.R.P.D. to the Rescue again

  Boiler Service & faulty radiator check. Martin attended slightly later after a notified delay. Boiler fully serviced & a replacement gasket fitted. Tested system & checked the radiator with a locked thermostat Pin. Issue resolved & Job completed. Quick & efficient visit & up to the high standards I have previously received. Regrettably after he left I noticed a second radiator showing similar issues. Recontacted the company, Martin returned the next day to resolve. Problem again quickly solved & our system is now ready for winter. Great service again, thoroughly recommend this company.
