  I.R.P.D. to the Rescue again

  Boiler Service & faulty radiator check. Martin attended slightly later after a notified delay. Boiler fully serviced & a replacement gasket fitted. Tested system & checked the radiator with a locked thermostat Pin. Issue resolved & Job completed. Quick & efficient visit & up to the high standards I have previously received. Regrettably after he left I noticed a second radiator showing similar issues. Recontacted the company, Martin returned the next day to resolve. Problem again quickly solved & our system is now ready for winter. Great service again, thoroughly recommend this company.

  Quick efficient service by a polite and competent team

  Martin & Craig arrived promptly after the visit was booked, earlier than I'd expected. The issue was swiftly identified and the replacement part was fitted, tested and checked. Throughout the process they kept us informed and cleaned up afterwards. We now have a working downstairs toilet that had become a pain to flush. I was most impressed with their work and would thoroughly recommend them and the company. The price for parts and labour was reasonable and I shall be using them again in the future confidently

  Replace Radiator, service & check boiler and heating system

  Boiler serviced and faulty radiator isolated. Replacement radiator with new valves etc fitted and heating system drained and re filled and checked. Work done over a couple of visits due to parts availability issue but all work completed efficiently. Ryan and Marc were a pleasure to have doing the work and the finished products have performed very well. Another excellent piece of work from this company and I would recommend them both. Will be using them in the future.

  Replacing Flushing and filling mechanisms in the toilet cistern

  After a slight delay due to availability of product parts Ryan attended our property and quickly replaced the defective item and the working flushing mechanism at my insistence. He was brilliantly effective and even talked me through the process should I wish to do it myself in the future. A discount was given on the original quote as the work was done quickly. Excellent service and I shall be using and recommending him in the future

  Quote for Fixing Toilet Leak/Overflow Issue

  Contact made from James instantly by phone. Problem explained in full & request made for picture of flushing mechanism at fault. On receipt of the images James recontacted me by phone & quote offered & timescale for repair made. I advised him that I was awaiting a quote from a local competitor & would let him know the position. When I had the quote he more than matched it & explained that he would be able to complete the work that day. I clarified with the competitor their availability etc & opted for their quote. James was very polite & offered himself for any future issue. Excellent service.

  Kitchen rewire as part of new kitchen fit. Additional sockets, new lighting throughout, dual fuel oven installed and extractor fan prep work done.

  This work was completed over a period of a couple of months through no fault of Dave and his team. Dave turned up promptly each day and worked hard throughout the day clearing up before leaving. He did a number of additional items at minimal additional cost to me. We are delighted with the finished product and would highly recommend him. New kitchen - new life, Dave's part in this adventure was the icing on the cake.

  Replacement ceiling plastered and wall chase work.

  Abdul provided the required work to an immaculate standard. He arrived earlier than expected and worked tirelessly for the 3 days quoted. He was polite and worked throughout the day reluctantly pausing to accept cups of tea and the occasional biscuit when I offered. My wife and I are very pleased with what he has done and the decorating afterwards by us was easy on the perfect surfaces he had left for us. He cleared up after himself each day so you would not know he had been there bar the steady improvement on the appearance of the two rooms he worked on. I thoroughly recommend him.
