  We had a very tricky and urgent job we needed doing. Dean was excellent from the get-go, ensured we got the right door and fit everything expertly. Fantastic customer service and willing to go the extra mile. Will definitely use this company's services again.

  Squeaking floors

  Dean came to fix my squeaking floors, this was something of a pain as the construction appears non standard and subject to questionable workmanship during construction. Dean is marvellous, he spelled out options and possible pitfalls, was clear on price and any extras (should they be necessary), showed up on time, explained everything and was very friendly. A tradesman like Dean is worth his weight in gold.

  Laminate floors downstairs

  The three man team were all very polite and punctual throughout our project. This is a perfect example of how you'd hope a reputable contractor would operate. From start to finish they paid attention to detail, demonstrating both knowledge and experience. We're very pleased with the quality of work and will definitely use them again in the future.   We had a bespoke media wall built by IRG and new laminate floors they were fantastic from start to finish. Very good attention to detail and a well managed project at a reasonable price.

  Replacement of Balcony Stair case

  Dean carried out the required work and delivered with a professional manner. He was polite and kept us up to date with arrival times over message. His communication was great; even when visiting for the quote, he provided a courtesy call beforehand to give estimate arrival time. The work was challenging but Dean ensured he was able to overcome this and create a sturdy and well built structure that was safe and secure. The quote was within a reasonable price for the work. Would highly recommend.
