  Needed a new EPC

  I had a really good experience with my EPC assessment. The assessor was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. The review itself was thorough and straightforward, and the report was delivered promptly and easy to understand. Overall, a smooth and efficient service — I’d be happy to recommend.

  I am extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism in conducting an EPC - the process has been subjective lacking clarity and accuracy. The job was carried out 18 June 2025 at 7:30am and yet no outcome other than a DEMAND for payment and still no results other than excuses and continued lack of professionalism.

  As said in their comment, we visited promptly(7.18am) within 48hrs of booking. Very little detail provided, no payment for 36hours and still demanded EPC. We don’t determine EPC rating, the software does. We are ethical, and we only do the right thing.
