  I was very happy with the service provided by Ola of Inter Infinity. The communication was good, he was punctual, polite and the EPC report turnaround was fast. I would recommend his company and use them again.

  I am extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism in conducting an EPC - the process has been subjective lacking clarity and accuracy. The job was carried out 18 June 2025 at 7:30am and yet no outcome other than a DEMAND for payment and still no results other than excuses and continued lack of professionalism.

  As said in their comment, we visited promptly(7.18am) within 48hrs of booking. Very little detail provided, no payment for 36hours and still demanded EPC. We don’t determine EPC rating, the software does. We are ethical, and we only do the right thing.
