Very easy and everything explained

I am extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism in conducting an EPC - the process has been subjective lacking clarity and accuracy. The job was carried out 18 June 2025 at 7:30am and yet no outcome other than a DEMAND for payment and still no results other than excuses and continued lack of professionalism.

The surveyor arrived on time. Had very good comms. Turned the epc doc around within 24 hrs.
