10 Replacement rollers on patio sliding door

We needed new rollers on our sliding patio door. Instant Glass and Glazing supplied the best quote. The guys who came did a great job and the door now slides perfectly. What I really liked was their attitude -when the first guy came to assess the rollers he asked about walking through the house with his boots on, it was a wet day. Then when they came back to fit the rollers they saw our cat walk out the door and asked us if she was allowed out. If you are using this company there is probably a reason why, and they totally understood that. They answered my call at 5am in the morning and were with me within 2 hours, driving from London to support. The gentleman that answered my call kept in constant contact with me with updates and the gentleman that fitted the up the board was just as genuine. They dealt with my situation with professionalism, kindness and empathy. Thank you so much for coming to my aid when needed. Job location: RH11Have used this company a few times but my advice would be to shop around as they've become very expensive. £400 to repair a door lock is just too much imo. Communication is poor and it took ages to get done
