Dan and Callum came to install and found that a narrower hinge was needed - so this was ordered. From then, communication with the admin team went downhill - I was on at least two occasions given an installation window but then found Dan and Callum had been sent off to another job, ignoring mine. So frustrating, I literally spent hours on end sitting at home waiting, all through mistakes made by the admin team. The job however, when finally finished 10 days later, was great

My twist and turn Window on the 13th floor only had one good hinge out of 4! exceptionally clear communication from Heather/coordinator & Edward/engineer. Fixed quickly and calmly. So grateful and would highly highly recommend

Nasty break in during early hours of Sunday morning - 3 men, machete. Only damage was to window of kitchen door. Could not get window looked at until police forensics finished so only called Instant Glass & Glazing at just gone 1pm for a quote. Looked like all they could do that day was boarding which would have been OK but 20 minutes later they called to confirm that they could do the job that day so avoiding boarding cost. Person came to do the job at 5pm. He was very fast and efficient and completely finished by 5.30pm. Did a very good job, left no mess and took away all the broken glass.

Instant Glass were very clear in their quote, quick in responding to all emails, liaised directly with my tenant and didn't a good job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
