Absolutely incredibly efficient first class service and remarkably speedy work putting in the new window pane today which looks superb thank you very much indeed.

Instant glass offer a great service, at a good price, all the people i have delt with have been friendly and helpful. If i need any further work they will be the first person i come to, and i wont waste my time asking for other people who don't bother to contact me or as one did come in at a stupid quote, and then keep calling me lowering the price. Dave, Jay and Ellis arrived on time and understood exactly what they needed to do. They kept us informed and were very professional and competent when undertaking the work and left everything neat and tidy. We would definitely use them again.

One of the small leadlights had a series of fracture lines. Ben walked in and quickly understood the nature of the heritage windows, diagnosed how the builders had created the problem and fuss free replaced the light. Great to know there are people who can cost effectively repair original leaded windows

Communication from start to finish was excellent. Work was completed by a friendly & efficient tradesman to a good standard. Whole service was fantastic, would not hesitate to recommend or use them in future.

My call was answered immediately, even though it was a Sunday and they were on site making the window safe within a few hours. The quote for replacement glass was very competitive and the team could not have been more helpful and accommodating - even dismantling then reassembling shop fittings for safety. Communication throughout was excellent from all departments. Definitely recommend from this experience.
