    The toilet drains were blocked at the Tilbury Band Hall. Will came out really promptly and sorted it out quickly, effectively, efficiently and cheerfully. His communication was great and the price charged was very reasonable. IDS is going to stay in my contact list and will be my first port of call if anyone needs a good clear out.

    Will was easy to book and helpful on the phone. He turned up punctually and got straight on the job. He had a good attitude and was communicative. His price was good. I would definitely book him again. Recommended.

    Excellent service!

    Will fit us in on a busy day, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He investigated and sorted the blocked drain, then explained what the issue was and what to do if it happens again. He helped clean up, and was super professional throughout. Excellent service, open and fair pricing - would definitely recommend him.

    This is the second time I’ve had to use Instant Drainage Solutions. We recently moved into a new home project. First occasion which we thought was a blocked sink transpired to be the whole ground drainage blocked. Will attended and it turned out to be quite a number of years blockage which he sorted and cleared. The drainage was also CCTV’d and it was found part of the drainage on the boundary has collapsed causing a trap. Fast forward and it’s happened again. Contacted Will and because of my urgency made time to attend quickly. Again Will cleared the blockage.

With over 18 years’ experience and knowledge in the industry you will be reassured all work will be carried out with a high standard of service.

Our services offered in maintaining, cleaning, unblocking and fixing are for both the commercial and domestic industry.

Using our specialised equipment most common issues e.g. bad smells, blocked internal/external drains, gully’s, soil stacks, blocked sinks, baths, showers and kitchen pipe work will be used to detect the issue and used to clear the problem. IDS will provide suggestions of possible ways to resolve these issues.

Further services provided are High Pressure Water Jetting, CCTV drainage surveys, pipe work descaling, drainage repairs and maintenance. The site will be left clean and no job is too big or small.
