  Toilet Blockage

  After facing an emergency caused by a toilet blockage, I desperately reached out to a drain specialist. I chose Instant Drainage Solution and remained hopeful. Will was a true pleasure to work with; he responded promptly and arrived at my home without delay. He was well-equipped to tackle the problem, displaying professionalism and a helpful spirit. I can't express enough gratitude for everything he did and the way he approached it all. If it were possible to give him 11 out of 10, I absolutely would.

  Drain cleared

  This is what CheckaTrade is for. Reliable, professional, efficient, William did a brilliant job getting to the root cause of the blockage which wasn’t obvious. He was very polite and friendly and got it sorted without a fuss or mess. Would definitely use this company again if needed. A straight 10.

  Blocked drain and toilet

  I rang Will after not getting anywhere with other people. I am so glad I did and I arranged for him to come the next day 14/3 regarding a blocked toilet and drain. Will rang me to let me know when he was coming and even turned up early. He was professional, pleasant and very reasonably priced. He went out of his way to fix my issues, even looking at a problem with my kitchen sink. I would happily get him to sort out any future problems I may have. Thanks Caroline.

  Cleared large blockage in a difficult to raise manhole.

  Brilliant communication, quick response and great job completed. Job was a little more difficult than I thought when I called but Will worked hard and completed easily, checked the line was running and explained what had happened - couldn't ask for more. Very competitive on prices as well.

  Main waste pipe blockage

  Mum had blocked her drain with some extra, other than what should go down the loo! I called early and left a message. Will responded within 10 mins and was there 45 mins later. Bigger job than first thought, but completed, by using his big tools. Would recommend to anyone. Cost was very reasonable.
