Will fit us in on a busy day, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He investigated and sorted the blocked drain, then explained what the issue was and what to do if it happens again. He helped clean up, and was super professional throughout. Excellent service, open and fair pricing - would definitely recommend him.

This is the second time I’ve had to use Instant Drainage Solutions. We recently moved into a new home project. First occasion which we thought was a blocked sink transpired to be the whole ground drainage blocked. Will attended and it turned out to be quite a number of years blockage which he sorted and cleared. The drainage was also CCTV’d and it was found part of the drainage on the boundary has collapsed causing a trap. Fast forward and it’s happened again. Contacted Will and because of my urgency made time to attend quickly. Again Will cleared the blockage.
