Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Good comms throughout. Excellent advice and plans drawn upfront and agreed. A much better price than expected. Loft ladder installed, lights fighted, and loft boarded. We've now got loads of extra usable storage space

Disappointing experience I had a disappointing experience overall. There were multiple issues with the surveyor, including last minute price changes caused by their own overcharging error. This raises serious concerns about how accurately the work was assessed in the first place, and whether I may still have overpaid even after the adjustment. I had originally agreed to a time slot that suited their schedule in exchange for a discount, but this was never honoured once the pricing mistake came to light. John came over to survey the loft and carefully explained my options and answered all the questions we had. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly and managed to get me swiftly booked in for installation just a few days later. Then came Dale, another extremely knowledgeable and friendly face who carried out the work extremely efficiently, went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect, and tidied everything up afterwards (which, honestly, was quite a bit!) These two are a credit to instaloft and because of them I will definitely recommend them to others!

Had some work done a few years ago and worked so well that I had it expanded this week, couldn’t recommend enough! Very very good!
