Kept me informed at all times. Advised who would visit property prior to fitting. Surveyor, asbestos inspector etc. fitter advised his time of arrival. Fitter tidied up after finishing the work. Really pleased.

the Instaloft team and asbestos tester arrived promptly in the morning. Despite the water tank in the loft having more water left in it than predicted (which ultimately went all over the team) they got cracking and done exactly what I've asked for. I did offer to wash and dry his jacket but he wanted to just crack on. really happy with the outcome giving me so much more storage in the house. don't know what to do with myself now

From the start they were very helpful the man who came and did the quote was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we knew exactly what was needed. When the men came to install the boarding they were very courteous and quick. They did an excellent job and everything was cleaned and all rubbish was removed. They were brilliant.
