From start to finish out experience was excellent. The quote was clear and we knew exactly what we were getting and for what cost. The price was good, we got 3 different quotes, it was cheaper by a c.£500 on one and the same as the other, but it just felt more professional hence our choosing Instaloft. Made an appointment, was quickly scheduled, Sam Labban came by and measured and walked me through how this would be done and what any add-ons would be. The date was then confirmed and Jackson came by on the day, gave advanced notice when his ETA was, arrived promptly, immediately started the work and was very professional and careful with the furniture

Phenomenal. Had a quote from another company to replace attic insulation. Had a quote for £5K - it’s a 3 bedroom house, for crying out loud. Sought a second opinion - up stepped Instaloft. Quoted £2.7K. Deal done. Team arrived and quickly identified that actually some insulation could be recycled and not all the old boarding was as bad as feared, so there might be some money off. Communicated well, did an amazing job. Final invoice came in: £1.1K. Like what?? Who is that professional and honest and true to their word? And do such a spectacular job? Could not believe it….!
