  Loft conversion, refurb of first floor flat and exterior.

  First met Jason and co about 4 years ago when he did a refurb of a communal hallway, he then refurbed my one bed flat in the same building. I chose to do the loft conversion rather than simply replace the roo. The result is better than I expected -the exterior is a wow and that is down to him, love the tile hung walls. The interior is what I expected, finished to a very good standard, I bravely went with Jason’s tile choice -very, very happy with the result. Planned a roof terrace -I now have a little bit of ‘la dolce vita’ in SW20 The acid test -would I use him again, I did and I will again.

  House refurb

  We commissioned Jason at Instaflame to work on a property refurb for our new house. We had 4 weeks available until we needed to move in. In that time Jason and his team were able to strip back several rooms, replaster several rooms, repaint 90% of the internal space, fit new flooring, replace a flat roof and handle numerous setbacks and extras that we discovered along the way. The most impressive elements for us were Jason’s ability to get resource deployed to site rapidly and to meet deadlines. I have rarely experienced this before and was impressed. Happy to recommend.

  Refurbishment of a run down flat

  Instaflame are genuinely good people and skilled at their craft, showing great attention to detail and pride in workmanship. They completey transformed the kitchen and bathroom, made good some damp damage and decorated throughout. The team were friendly, polite and easy to deal with, they made the experience far less stressful than I'd expected. Prices were competitive for London and some small jobs were added during the project without charge. Jason communicated by WhatsApp, keeping me updated daily and replying to my messages pretty much immediately. I highly recommend Instaflame.

  Internal Doors Replacement

  Jason and his team did a fantastic job. In fact, I am already asking him to come back for more work on the flat. Why he gets 10/10 from me: He communicates well, he responds promptly, clearly. He says what he is going to do and he does what he said. The work was done punctually, with care. The team was great to have around and left the flat clean. I would recommend and I think I am quite hard to please.

  Bathroom refurbishment

  I have worked with Instaflame for the second time, they did a bathroom and kitchen refurbishment 4 years ago and I was happy to use their service again as I moved house. They didn’t disappoint, the team is even stronger than before. Everything was done so precisely and perfectly I was thrilled to see the end result. Real quality work on tiling metro tiles, making walk in shower. The team is also incredibly tidy and clean, they cleaned up every night! And Jason is amazing at communicating, and super reliable and honest. It was a real pleasure to work with them again!

  Bathroom refit with walk-in shower and pocket doors

  Jason is committed to achieving full customer satisfaction. So when issues emerged during the course of the project, there were no quibbles and Jason always took a reasonable and constructive approach. Instaflame includes a skilled family (of Ukrainians and Brits), who worked diligently and reliably up until and then past Christmas. I researched, selected and organised all the bathroom wares including tiles. The bathroom wasn't exactly cheap and installation made up about half of the cost excl VAT, materials and wares. Ultimately it's worth paying for a quality job. Thank you.
