  Jason and the team did a full bathroom overhaul for us (demolition, plumbing, new boiler and water tank, tiling, painting the whole lot! From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, working with the team on our bathroom renovation was a breeze. Jason provided with a clear, realistic timeline and a detailed budget right from the start. Any unexpected hiccups were communicated immediately. The team showed up on time and cleaned up the workspace at the end of every day. If you're looking for reliability, professionalism and a good job - I highly recommend Instaflame.

  First met Jason and co about 4 years ago when he did a refurb of a communal hallway, he then did a couple more refresh/refurbish projects. Most recently we converted a vacant property into 3 flats -3 less for the Labour party to build!! once the build started very much left Jason to his own devices -he very good about video updates as I was overseas. Cracking job, if the right opportunity came up I'd go again

  Removal and replacement of shower

  Jason and his team replaced a leaking shower for me, and took good care with keeping the house tidy, finding replacement tiles that were a close match to the existing tiles, ordering all the materials and keeping me informed of progress. I'm very pleased with the result.

  Flat Renovation

  After meeting Jason, we were really pleased that Instaflame were able to start the work very quickly! Jason was super efficient throughout our flat renovation, always very responsive and we are pleased with the results.   Loft Conversion SW20

  We had our loft converted with Instaflame, a project that quickly grew legs as we expanded the scope as we went. Jason and his team were brilliant and listened to everything we wanted. Jason was always available to answer any questions we had and his team were great - we could always see progress as there was always someone working on site. Before we started the work people who had had it done would always say “Never again!” I feel lucky that with Instaflame i never felt that and we are delighted with the results. If I ever do another loft conversion I’ll be in the phone!
