  Really happy with Jason and the team. Communication was responsive throughout. Jason was very responsive from the initial quote right through to the work being done. Jason was patient answering all my questions and accommodating my timings because of my move-in date. He also gave recommendations on bathroom layout and how to make better use of the space. The team was respectful, worked efficiently, kept everything tidy and cleaned up properly afterwards. Overall a really good experience. Thanks again to Jason and the team!

  Bathroom renovation

  Jason and team did a great job with our bathroom renovation which included breaking down a wall to combine a WC and the bath area. The team were diligent, respectful and completed works to a high standard. Jason was excellent at communication and very pragmatic around resolving any issues that came up during the process.   Prompt and efficient quality home improvement

  Extremely prompt, efficient and responsive management of the service. We had the front of the house painted and rendered with them after they did the same for our neighbours. All done in a couple of weeks.

  Exceptional work

  The team are amazing. Just completed a full house renovation. Plastering, plumbing electrical the lot. Jason and his team have been excellent. I was concerned with the size of the project. But the team have been great. Nothing subcontracted out. Which made everything, quick, easy and simple. Jason himself was on hand throughout the project. Even the wider team super helpful professional and polite. Can’t recommend them enough

  Polite, hard-working and finished on time.

  After a disastrous leak in my shower room, Instaflame came promptly. The room was stripped back to breeze blocks and the floor was taken up. Everyone on the team was very hard working, polite and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The work was finished in the time promised. All this was carried out just before Christmas and I am so grateful to have a sparkling new shower room in plenty of time before the festivities begin. Many thanks to Jason, Lewis, Ivan and the whole team. Highly recommended.
