  Internal Doors Replacement

  Jason and his team did a fantastic job. In fact, I am already asking him to come back for more work on the flat. Why he gets 10/10 from me: He communicates well, he responds promptly, clearly. He says what he is going to do and he does what he said. The work was done punctually, with care. The team was great to have around and left the flat clean. I would recommend and I think I am quite hard to please.

  Bathroom refurbishment

  I have worked with Instaflame for the second time, they did a bathroom and kitchen refurbishment 4 years ago and I was happy to use their service again as I moved house. They didn’t disappoint, the team is even stronger than before. Everything was done so precisely and perfectly I was thrilled to see the end result. Real quality work on tiling metro tiles, making walk in shower. The team is also incredibly tidy and clean, they cleaned up every night! And Jason is amazing at communicating, and super reliable and honest. It was a real pleasure to work with them again!

  Bathroom refit with walk-in shower and pocket doors

  Jason is committed to achieving full customer satisfaction. So when issues emerged during the course of the project, there were no quibbles and Jason always took a reasonable and constructive approach. Instaflame includes a skilled family (of Ukrainians and Brits), who worked diligently and reliably up until and then past Christmas. I researched, selected and organised all the bathroom wares including tiles. The bathroom wasn't exactly cheap and installation made up about half of the cost excl VAT, materials and wares. Ultimately it's worth paying for a quality job. Thank you.

  Gas Safe Engineering

  A huge huge thank you to Jason and Instaflame for resolving our gas safe related issue. Jason is always incredibly responsive and knowing the urgency of the situation, the team even came out on new years day! We are incredibly grateful and we would give him 11 out of 10 if we could!

  First floor and loft extension, new kitchen, new bathrooms and modernisation throughout

  We are very pleased with the work carried out. Jason and his team went above and beyond with our build. Jason was always contactable and replied very quickly to any queries we had. He was also able to offer good advice to us and priced extras that cropped up along the way fairly. The whole team are very hardworking, conscientious, professional and the build quality and finish is very good. We would recommend Instaflame to anyone considering home improvements.
