Just had our windows replaced and front of the house tidied up by Instaflame. Another great job for us by Jason and his team. Would definitely recommend.

Jason and his team have done an amazing job on our bathroom upgrade, I’m so pleased with it and so glad we chose instaflame to do the work. The team are all super talented at their respective crafts and are so lovely as well. Jason is a cool cucumber, even when the inevitable hiccups (not their fault) arise. 100% recommend - they’re so good we booked them immediately for another job.

Jason and all the crew are skilled at their craft and great at communication. All building projects inevitably have something come up and we had a fair share of challenges in a significant refurb job (kitchen, bathroom, new ensuite, new floor, repaint, etc). Going into this project, I asked half a dozen friends who had recently completed renovations for recommendations and no one said they would recommend their builder. The best praise I can give is that I would happily recommend Instaflame.

Can’t recommend Instaflame enough. Jason has got a seriously professional band of tradesmen who work very hard and fast. We’ve just had some structural work done, sub flooring levelled, a new kitchen and bathroom fitted in under 4 weeks including demo and removal! Thoroughly impressed with the way these guys work. First met Jason and co about 4 years ago when he did a refurb of a communal hallway, he then refurbed my one bed flat in the same building. I chose to do the loft conversion rather than simply replace the roo. The result is better than I expected -the exterior is a wow and that is down to him, love the tile hung walls. The interior is what I expected, finished to a very good standard, I bravely went with Jason’s tile choice -very, very happy with the result. Planned a roof terrace -I now have a little bit of ‘la dolce vita’ in SW20 The acid test -would I use him again, I did and I will again.

We commissioned Jason at Instaflame to work on a property refurb for our new house. We had 4 weeks available until we needed to move in. In that time Jason and his team were able to strip back several rooms, replaster several rooms, repaint 90% of the internal space, fit new flooring, replace a flat roof and handle numerous setbacks and extras that we discovered along the way. The most impressive elements for us were Jason’s ability to get resource deployed to site rapidly and to meet deadlines. I have rarely experienced this before and was impressed. Happy to recommend.
