  Pest control

  Luke was extremely quick to initially contact and came out same day. He was at the property all of 20 minutes. He advised the work was guaranteed and if we saw any continual infestation, he’d come back and respray at no charge. I have tried calling and messaging, with no response. I eventually ended up purchasing some over the counter spray and redoing it myself over the course of an entire day. Wish I had done this in the first place and saved myself the outlay.

  Useless - avoid

  His service didn’t work and he communicates very badly. He rarely answers texts, doesn’t provide invoices, contracts, or safety instructions for the chemicals he uses. He failed to attend my first three booked appointments, always giving excuses. When he eventually came, the treatment for my one-bedroom flat lasted only 10 minutes — far shorter and less thorough than other professional pest controllers. Overall, I found him unreliable and unprofessional, and I do not believe he should be operating as a limited company.

  Pesky wasps in roof.

  Luke phoned me very quickly after placing that add. A time was giving and he arrived the same day. Very nice man, it took just a couple of minutes for him to spray the nest, as living in a bungalow, no ladders, and the hole they got into was easy to reach. As he was leaving stated if it haven't work he would return and spray agin for nothing. Hopefully I won't need it.

  Ok BUT

  Luke is a very nice chap and very flexible with working times. The job was semi concluded and I tried to follow up a couple of times but I haven't heard from him. I suppose I expected a response anyway however communication is a very important aspect to a business and I feel that can be improved

  Emergency extermination

  Absolutely happy with this company and with Luke himself. I placed an emergency advert out and he responded to my ad very quickly, provided me with more than enough information on what needed to be done before he arrived, during his time at the property as well as after. Communication was clear the whole time, lovely bloke who’s friendly whilst remaining professional the whole time and definitely feel we got our moneys worth for what’s included. Would 100% come back to Luke if ever needed and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

  Fumigation of bed bugs

  Luke made me feel very comfortable as was very anxious about the bugs. He was very clear about the process very efficient and turned up on time. He was on call for any post questions also. Would definately reccomend him. Very friendly nature.
