Awful Experience. Needed to be paid upfront for 3 visits. Paid as requested. First Visit was cancelled and he eventually came put down poison. Chased for a month asking for next visit whilst clearing the problem myself, every appointment given he did not turn up for and sometimes never saying. Trying to get refund for two remaining visits but now claims to have money problems, he did agree to come back to do the work but then he cancelled again. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. looked at other reviews and found others had the same issue.

Luke was quick to fit us in, diagnosed the issue and came up with an action plan. Very pleased with his work.

Fantastic service, came out the same morning, identified the issue and explained how to proceed. courteous friendly and a good price. Highly recommended

Luke’s first visit was on July 8th for bed bug infestation. After four visits and considerable expense, still had the problem four months on. Contacted Luke by messenger and email, but no response. Have recently resolved problem with no thanks to Luke! Nice chap, but definitely could not recommend.

Cannot complain at all. Luke was very professional and friendly and very patient. I was constantly asking questions and he was very helpful. Clear and consistent communication and was very welcoming. Fumigated my whole flat thanks to the awful bed bugs causing havoc. I cannot complain at all. He did the whole flat thoroughly and even explained what to do afterwards very effectively. He’s even offered to come back for free if need be. Would highly recommend!

We called on Luke from Inpestation to deal with rodents in our loft. The price covered 3 visits and all the materials needed. We had tried to deal with the problem ourselves, but we didn’t realise that we could only buy low-strength poison, so we made the problem far worse by delaying. As a fully qualified professional tradesperson, Luke was able to use a far more effective treatment. The first visit was arranged for the first working day after we rang. We did need all 3 visits, despite Luke using generous quantities of poison blocks. He was respectful of our property throughout.
