Absolutely happy with this company and with Luke himself. I placed an emergency advert out and he responded to my ad very quickly, provided me with more than enough information on what needed to be done before he arrived, during his time at the property as well as after. Communication was clear the whole time, lovely bloke who’s friendly whilst remaining professional the whole time and definitely feel we got our moneys worth for what’s included. Would 100% come back to Luke if ever needed and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Luke made me feel very comfortable as was very anxious about the bugs. He was very clear about the process very efficient and turned up on time. He was on call for any post questions also. Would definately reccomend him. Very friendly nature.

I woke up at 5am am with 12 bed bug bites- lines of "breakfast lunch and dinner". After putting an ad out, Inpestation came back to me by 7:30 AM. My small house was de-bugged by early afternoon! So good, cool, calm polite and professional.
