  Sorted heating problem quickly and cheaply

  Our heating controls had stopped working, making the boiler run the heating full time. We thought we would have to pay for a new control panel! The engineer from Innovative came and quickly found the faulty valve responsible and sorted the issue without having to spend a fortune like we anticipated. Great service as always and great value, thanks!

  Water was pouring in through the flue which was then pouring all over my worktops and down the wall

  I was in a bit of a state this morning when I seen all the water on my worktops, so I msged and was surprised I had a msg back at that time of the morning but was so relieved that someone was coming out as soon as they did. Lee went through and che ked everything and altered the flue and hopefully the issue now will be resolved but if not he said I can get intouch anytime.. overall I feel alot better and safer that this issue has been looked at. I didnt know what to put at the top as there was no option for what work was done

  Very high standard of workmanship. Punctual, removed all the old system items. Excellent knowledge of the installed boiler and controls. We are extremely pleased with the work carried out. Would definitely give this company a 5 star rating

  Fitting new lpg boiler

  Informed us when they were coming and turned up at 0800. Engineer and apprentice who worked well as a team . Clean and tidy all rubbish removed as to their policy .Didnt waste time kept on working . Did have break for dinner . Explained how to work the new system .before leaving premises . Very respectful of our property asked if they could go places in the house and removed their shoes before walking on carpets .
